What is a Re-Charge Day?
One of the goals of the DSM Training Session evey year is to re-charge and re-set before we go into the busy holiday selling season. We wanted to still give you that opportunity even though we went virtual. This is a day for YOU to do something that helps you relax, reset and reflect. YOU get to choose what re-charges you!
When: Thursday Sept 24th between 9:45 AM- 3:45 PM CST. This will be after our morning session between 9:00-9:45. At 3:45 PM CST, each Region will meet to discuss what everyone did on their Re-Charge Day.
Who is this for: All DSMs and Regionals
Where: Wherever you choose!
What I should do? What helps you relax, reset and reflect is very unique to each person. We have collected some ideas to help you decide what will help you decide to do.
WHAT TO DO:
Read a book Community Service
Go on a hike or walk at a park Try a new exercise class
Go Fishing Day date with your Significant Other
Get a massage or pedicure Golf
Try a new hobby or craft Work on a fun project (build something)
Knitting/sewing Make a scrapbook
Go to a museum Connect with an old friend for coffee
Cook a new recipe
Relax and Reflect, however you feel like it
WHAT NOT TO DO:
Binge watch/be glued to your device
Emails or other work related issues
Start a project that you can't finish
Run errands
Chores
Day Drink
